Not My Best Dieting Day But Not My Worst Either

This is not a log I am eager to share, but share I will.

Breakfast
Karen's Morning Coffee Ritual (1 serving)
Coleman Natural Uncured Beef Hot Dogs (3 links)
Sweet-Hot Mustard, quick (1 serving)

These Coleman dogs are super, not bad for me like regular ones, and easily found! 3-packs at Costco are just $6-something, making them very affordable.

Lunch
Broc-chee-ausage Soup!
Not until 330 :( Costco took FORever today... warmed this up and am eating b4 even unloading my haul.

I also had a Valium. And I can't tell you the story WHY other than it ia a doozy. :( Sorry to be a bad example but I’m no addict and I just cannot tell a lie. I will add that I have a teen and stop there.

Exercise Summary - 30 min. Carrying heavy loads, such as bricks is what I used in my program, but what I did was loaded a pallet with 500 lbs. of Fiberit that I moved several feet, a box at a time, then ran around the pallet at least 50 times with the shrinkwrap, at a crouch – ouch for that part! Felt like a lot. Program says 500 calories worth, which I do not count, but it gives me an idea of the exertion anyway.

Water – way low since I was away from home and actually forgot!! my water bottle when I left. Geez! I never do that!

Supplements
– Not sure if I took them or not. I think not. Oh twell. Good thing tomorrow is another day.

Now, what I AM proud of about in this log is that I didn’t do anything worse than slightly medicate myself, given the extreme stress of my evening. I didn’t go buy chocolate poptarts or even cigarettes. And what is even better, and was even HARDER, was not getting on the scale this morning. I will NOT weight every day, I will NOT. I will just continue on and try to do better today. That is all any of us can ever do – we can’t be perfect, but we CAN keep trying.
