Breakfast
Karen's Morning Coffee Ritual
Nutrition (meal total): 99.8 calories; 63% calories from fat; 7.2g total fat; 6.1g carbohydrates; 0.0g fiber; 0.1g sugar; 6.1g net carbs; 2.2g protein.

Lunch
Egg Salad (karen's, no veg) (2 servings)
4-eggs worth but not until 330 and it took me until 430 to finish it! SLAPS SELF AGAIN.
Nutrition (meal total): 856.6 calories; 84% calories from fat; 79.3g total fat; 3.2g carbohydrates; 0.2g fiber; 2.7g sugar; 3.1g net carbs; 28.8g protein.

Dinner
Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned (1/2 portion)
Swiss cheese (1/2 oz)
Karen's Favorite Salad with Ranch Feta & Bacon Bits (0.50 serving)
Water (1 34-oz. glass bottle)
I just couldn't eat much. Sounds like ketosis to me, even though I did have those drinks last night. As I recall, appetite usually returns before you really wish it had, lol
Nutrition (meal total): 454.3 calories; 66% calories from fat; 31.6g total fat; 5.7g carbohydrates; 1.7g fiber; 2.3g sugar; 3.9g net carbs; 30.9g protein.

Water Tracker -
I upped their recommendations to almost twice and now it seems okay to me.
